The most inspirational feeling I can come up with is.......The feeling of presence.

People take ownership of sickness and disease by saying things like MY high blood pressure MY diabetes, MY heart disease, MY depression, MY! MY! MY! Don't own it because it doesn't belong to you!

Your thoughts are transparent.

You can’t hang out with negative people and live a positive life. Run from them!

However strange your style may seem to others, never mind, because it is your style!

To become a better you, keep doing what you have been doing right and learn to correct what you have been doing wrongly.

I should have learned mindfulness, and it’s too late now because it’s no good learning it when you’re already in crisis: you have to start when things are good. But only the very, very oddest would think, Hey, my life is perfect. I know! I’ll sit and waste twenty minutes Observing My Thoughts without Judgement.

You are constantly becoming what you have been deserving to be, and if you do not like the scripting, you have all the means to change it for better.

She led me to believe we will going fast because her thoughts were going fast.
