God is up to something, but you will never know unless you figure out the difference between who is the messenger carrying your future and who is the person holding you back.

To have a different life you have be a different person. You have to do what you haven't done. You have to become the person that fits that dream. But most of all, you have to realize that if you don't step into your story it becomes the moral of the story. Your inaction is a lesson you leave to your kids-- I was too afraid to change.

How you react doesn’t tell a person about your character, as much as it does your fear or God's fire. Which is it?

Unhappiness comes from living the life of two people--the one people want you to be and the one you want to be.

It is better to be alone then to be in a relationship, while you are trying to figure out what love means to you.

God never uses one approach to the get his job done in the world. Each soul has its own way of being reached. He has put inside of each of us an unique song, that only another heart can hear clearly. To wish you were someone else robs another human being of the special blessings, talents and gifts God meant for you to share.
