Theres a remarkable amount of strength residing in those who move forward without being able to physically move. Ones that carry the weight of illness or a disability, they battle wars most know nothing about. They are the true warriors of the world, the ones who have every reason to quit but never do.

Few things come to shake us up and few things pass to teach us how to let go then many things come and remind us what it's all about. It's life and the only person who will control how you feel about all the guts and glory in its path is you.

I don't think anyone could really know her, just as the peak of her struggle blooms, she again appearered to have held it all together when the whole world; would have thought, she'd fall Apart.

I think it's important as a women to know who you are and what you deserve. We, ourselves set the boundaries of what we choose to accept. Instead of complaining about the men who's actions don't fit your own & move on and find one that does.

I find myself enjoying being alone a lot of the time, people come and people go and you have to find a way to be ok with both.

It's easier said than done but when you feel yourself out of balance within, stop in that present moment and catch your breathe. Remind yourself of 5 things, that help you feel most alive and re-centre your own energy frequency so you can continue living out of your intentions not the world's distractions.

You are the energy you attract. Whether you are aware of that or not, everything you come up against is teaching you about that part within yourself. Listen carefully, it's a hint to a better you.

Carry your wounds with pride, Believe in yourself; amongst greatest of catastrophe' You grew into the being you are And I think that in itself, is certainly enough.

When a woman is full of cockiness, I wonder what makes her so insecure. When a man is full of ego, I wonder what he's holding onto.

It's him, I feel it.

If they criticise you before they cheer you on, they are not your people. Simple.

The beauty he saw in her was the beauty she forgot to see in herself and what a beautiful reminder, that love is what will see us all through.
